COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The promoter of the Competition is BEIERSDORF NIVEA CONSUMER PRODUCTS NIGERIA LIMITED with registration RC10666333, a private company duly incorporated under the company laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and having its registered place of business situated at Omatsola Mall 2nd Floor, 19 Kakki Street, Alausa Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria (“the Promoter”).
• The Competition is only open to natural persons who are Nigerian residents, and excludes the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotional agencies, any directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of the Promoter, any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified aforesaid.
• The Competition is open from 09h00 on the 7th of November 2023 and ends at 23h59 on the 15th of December 2023 (the Closing Date). Any entries received before the 7th of November 2023 and after the Closing Date will not be considered.
• It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that their entry is received within the Competition dates. Any entries, which are received before the 7th of November 2023 and 23h59 on the 15th of December 2023, will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
• The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for any entries, which are not received by it, regardless of the cause for non-receipt.
• The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer system, server, or provider, which may have hindered entry into the Competition.

• Purchase any qualifying NIVEA® Radiant & Beauty: Even Glow product from Jumia Online Retail store (“Participating Store”) in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Scan the QR code on the product and follow the instructions.
• Entrants are required to share their Purchase order reference.

Entrants can enter as many times as they like, subject to each entry being linked to a unique and separate purchase, which the Promotor may verify through the product specific barcode and corresponding order number. However, an entrant can only win a prize once over the Competition period.

• Prizes: A total of 3600 (three thousand six hundred) lucky entrants will stand any of the gift vouchers and airtime.
• 36 lucky winners stand a chance to win a Jumia voucher valued at N100,000 redeemable on Jumia Online retail for any item sold by the retailer.
• 72 lucky winners stand a chance to win a Jumia voucher valued at N50,000 redeemable on Jumia Online retail for any item sold by the retailer.
• 144 lucky winners stand a chance to win a Jumia voucher valued at N25,000 redeemable on Jumia Online retail for any item sold by the retailer.
• 288 lucky winners stand a chance to win a Jumia voucher valued at N5,000 redeemable on Jumia Online retail for any item sold by the retailer.
• 576 lucky winners stand a chance to win a Jumia voucher valued at N1,000 redeemable on Jumia Online retail for any item sold by the retailer.
• 900 lucky winners stand a chance to win airtime valued at N500 redeemable instantly and credited to phone number shared for the promotion.
• 1,584 lucky winners stand a chance to win airtime valued at N200 redeemable instantly and credited to phone number shared for the promotion.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash; airtime are automatically credited to the phone number shared in the promo details form.
• The Prizes will be a random electronic draw daily through out the period of the promotion.
• The total value of the Prizes is NGN 13,582,800 (thirteen Million five hundred and eighty-two thousand eight hundred naira only).

• All Winners must reside in Nigeria and be in possession of a valid Nigerian identity document and/or a valid permanent residence permit.
• The Promoter will share with winner voucher code via text message, Vouchers will be valid for ……...
• Eligible winners have 3 months from the end of the promotion to redeem their discount Vouchers and 6months from the end of the promotion to redeem high value vouchers, if the eligible winner doesn’t claim voucher in stipulated time frame, Voucher is void and won’t be redeemable.
• The prizes are not exchangeable nor transferable.

• The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or postpone or terminate the Competition immediately without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents or distributors.
• Neither the Promoter nor its agents, distributors, nor any of the Promoter’s directors, officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the entrants in connection with this Competition or the use of the prizes.
• The eligible prize winners may be required to sign an indemnity. Failure to sign the indemnity shall result in the prize being forfeited.
• All risks and ownership of the prizes shall pass to the winners on transfer/delivery thereof and hence all of the Promoter’s obligations in regard to the Competition as well as in regard to the prizes shall terminate.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the entrants and eligible winners for entering the Competition or in claiming any prizes, where applicable.
• All the information provided or related to this Competition shall be managed, captured, and approved by the Promoter, and will not be used for any other purpose than for execution of the Competition and in line with applicable legislation.

• User data collected via entry for this Competition will be stored for as long as it is legally required to and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
• Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participant or the Promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA").
• By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the Competition will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the CPA. Qualifying entrants undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoter to comply with their obligations under the CPA.
• The Promoter’s decision(s) shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
